Room Upgrade Terms and Conditions:

  • Minimum of 2 person is required to avail of the room upgrade
  • This offer is valid only on the day of the spa treatment
  • Stay dates should be the same day of the spa treatment

Who are allowed to stay?

  • Vaccinated Individuals: Fully vaccinated individuals above 18 years old. Covid-19 vaccination card or vaccination certificate must be presented upon booking and check-in
  • Unvaccinated individual, a negative RT-PCR result taken not more than 72 hours before check-in must be presented.

 

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, I’M Onsen Spa is implementing precautionary measures and initiatives to ensure the safety of our guests and team members. This may include reduction of certain services and amenities including but not limited to: access to I’M Onsen Spa wellness Suites (Onsen pool), dinner buffet meals at The Common Good Restaurant, or other services that are generally available in our property.
